Wow! We had fresh peaches off our young tree as well live close to Fairfield, Tx which Freestone peaches are now ready.

Goodness me! Lord have mercy! This looks AMAZING. I never would have thought of using mascarpone this way, but I love it! Definitely want to give it a try. And peaches are probably my most favorite thing ever... So I'm guessing this will be a winner at my house! ;)
Looks delicious. We rarely make French toast but I love the idea of jazzing it up with fruit and mascarpone next time I make it.
