Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add chopped onion, crushed garlic, chopped vegetables, chicken breasts and broth to your slow cooker. Add the herbs just like that or use a herb infuser for easier removal later. Don't add any salt or pepper at this point, your broth might be seasoned enough.

  2. Set the slow cooker to 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

Beautiful soup. There are more and more Latina shops showing up in Halifax NS. Where I found Aji Amarillo. I like to make a meal for a least two days so I cooked my noodles separately and I put them on the bottom of my dish just before serving the soup. That way the noodles don’t swell so much.

This is fantastic! I used different vegetables for what I had on hand and made my own broth by leaving some bones in from the whole chicken I quartered. It was so hands off and easy! It never occurred to me to use the slow cooker! I am so pleased and excited to try other recipes as well. Thank you for sharing and making me look like a good cook!
