Chef's Notes

TIPS FOR MAKING MANGO PINEAPPLE POPSICLESMAKE IT DAIRY FREE – use almond or coconut milk or yoghurt instead of greek yoghurt.Taste the mixture before pouring it into the molds.  If you find it isn't sweet enough feel free to add in a teaspoon or two of honey, then blend again.  You can sub frozen for fresh fruit if you’d like.If mixture isn’t blending together well you can add in a little of milk (any kind) and blend again.   Add in some chia seeds for an extra nutrition boost.  Try experimenting at home with your favourite fruits to make more popsicle flavours!
