Chef's Notes

Tips for making Mango PopsiclesTaste the mixture once you've blended.  If it isn't sweet enough, add a little more honey and blend again. If you're having difficulty using a spoon to pour the mixture into popsicle molds, try using a funnel.  When you're filling the popsicles molds, leave a small gap (approx ¼ inch) at the top to allow the mixture to expand as it freezes.Storing Mango PopsiclesLeave popsicles in their moulds or move them to a ziplock bag and freeze up to a month.  But let's be real here - there's no way they're lasting that long.
