Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Line baking trays with greaseproof paper or silicone liners and set aside
Cream the butter and the sugars together until light and fluffy
Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined
Add in the flour and salt and then add the chocolate chunks and mix
Shape into balls and place them on the lined trays making sure there is plenty of room between each ball

Oh I love chocolate and salt together and these cookies look perfect its very hard not to stop what I'm doing right now to rush down to the kitchen to make some. but will do at some point for sure.

I am a total salt and chocolate convert too. Although funnily enough I've never specifically make salted cookies. So I'll def be giving these a try :)
