Absolutely fantastic! Made this for my partner and he said is was 'restaurant quality', so 10 points to me ;) Seriously, though, thanks so much for the recipe and making it so easy to follow :) My one query would be the 6 tbsp of cornflour for the tofu 'batter', as I had loads left over (in fact I used this in the sauce, then then STILL had loads left over). Did I do something wrong?

Thanks again! Looking forward to trying more of your recipes soon - and would love to have this with a 'sweet chilli beef' sauce if possible, as that's one recipe I do really miss!
