This is a delicious recipe. I can no longer use Alluose or any sweeteners besides Stevia liquid. And it’s still a wonderful recipe to make.
Thanks so much
OMG this was so easy & sinfully delicious. I used the Chocolate Vitals Collagen Powder to get the "Reeses" flavor, boy was I pleasantly surprised! This was so good, I licked the mixing bowl! This is definitely a KEEPER!
This is a sweet treat and satisfies my craving for something cold and decadent tasting (without the decadence!) Reminds me of the peanut butter fudge my mom used to make, but without all the refined sugars. I sub coconut oil and these come out great. They work with or without the collagen powder too.
Like your recipes and they're easy to follow.
Is your link to the sugar free peanut butter for the JIFF? I'm confused the because the link opened a page of many choices for all different peanut butter. Which one did you use? Thanks for all your awesome recipes.
I just made this exactly as the recipe called for but added chopped cashews on top of fudge. Turned out great! Can’t wait to experiment with different variations of adding chocolate like EMILY did. Also will try a salted caramel chocolate fudge as well. Thanks Maya for all these great recipes.
This is outrageously good. I didn’t have unflavored collagen protein on hand, so I used 1/4 cup more of the Besti monk fruit allulose sweetener instead. I left it in the freezer for 40 minutes; meanwhile, I melted down 1 Lily’s dark chocolate bar with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of the same Besti sweetener. I poured & evenly spread the melted chocolate over the firm peanut butter fudge and froze for 15 more minutes to harden the chocolate top before cutting. It tastes exactly like a Reese’s peanut butter cup. This is my new favorite keto dessert recipe! So good!
Hi Maya, I tried this receipe using isopure unflavored protein powder instead of collagen powder as that is what I had. Having never made this before or so nothing to compare it but it came out great!
This tasted amazing and it was so easy to make. I used powdered monkfruit and vanilla collagen peptides. This is definitely a new favorite treat.
I made it without the protein powder the first time and it was AMAZING. So creamy amd satisfying. I found that the protein powder made the texture a little less pleasant and the taste a kind of dry but still yummy overall??
