Thank you for a fast, easy recipe, they were delicious! I love your option to make a larger recipe and have it calculated automatically for me! Next time, for my hungry man, if I used 1/2 cup silicone ramekins would I need to lower the temperature and bake them longer? If so what temperature and for how long would you recommend?

What an easy recipe! I hate taking time out of my morning to make breakfast (since I eat hours after I wake up and have already started my workday before breakfast time). It's easy to prepare these on the weekend and then have a high protein, healthy breakfast ready to go for the work week.

Love your instructions and flavor variations! This was perfect for brunch, so nice to not have to stand over the stove when cooking eggs.

We loved these! They were so easy. As a family of 7 it is hard to get eggs cooked for everyone at once, but this recipe is perfect. The younger children had 1 and then my partner and I and the older kids got two.
Can't wait to try them with the caramelized onions
