How to make an amazing creamy garlic mushroom and cheese bake. This recipe is a mix between my creamy garlic sauce and potato bake (minus the potato) and is extremely easy and fun to make. Whether you’re serving this as a side dish or main course it will tick all the right boxes. Please enjoy.

  1. Preheat oven to 200°c-390°f.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, flat-leaf parsley, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme & dried basil. Mix together & set aside.

  3. In another bowl, combine the thickened cream & garlic. Whisk together & set aside.
