Ingredients: A couple of Salmon Fillets, boneless and skinless (approx 1 lb each); 1 head of Garlic, peeled and diced finely; 2 oz of fresh Dill, chopped; 3/4 Cup of Olive Oil (If you are wary of using too much oil, you can reduce the amount to 1/2 a cup); Salt & Pepper to taste, (approx 1 tsp each)

1 head of Garlic, peeled and diced finely

3/4 Cup of Olive Oil (If you are wary of using too much oil, you can reduce the amount to 1/2 a cup)
Salt & Pepper to taste, (approx 1 tsp each)

Instructions

Marinade: Mix all the above ingredients together. You can also use a food processor to mix the ingredients but not too finely (e.g. a few pulses)
