  1. Cookies

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, brown sugar, oil, sour cream and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Stir in the Cream of Wheat® Instant Maple Brown Sugar, oats, baking powder, baking soda and nuts until well blended.

  4. Place bowl in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  5. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  6. After chilling, scoop dough onto baking sheet, leaving 1-inch between cookies.

  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.

  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  11. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  12. Stir in brown sugar and maple syrup.

  13. Heat and stir until sugar is melted.

  14. Add the milk and bring the mixture to a boil.
