Maple Brown Sugar Cookies Recipe

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, brown sugar, oil, sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in the Cream of Wheat® Instant Maple Brown Sugar, oats, baking powder, baking soda and nuts until well blended.
Place bowl in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
After chilling, scoop dough onto baking sheet, leaving 1-inch between cookies.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Glaze
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Stir in brown sugar and maple syrup.
Heat and stir until sugar is melted.
Add the milk and bring the mixture to a boil.
