Dairy Free Icing

5 / 5 (1 reviews)

This dairy free icing is perfect for cookies, gingerbread houses, cakes, and so much more. Super fast to make, dries hard, and uses no corn syrup, egg whites or meringue powder so it's completely vegan.

Chef's Notes

*This dairy free royal icing does harden like a traditional recipe. Because of that it should be used when it’s made. If you do need to make it ahead of time and it has started to harden, heat in microwave for NO MORE THAN 15 seconds and stir vigorously.
**Nutritional facts are just estimates. Please utilize your own brand nutritional values to double check against our estimates.
*Aquafaba is very low in nutrition. See more details about aquafaba nutritional information.
*If you are allergic to nuts or need to make this nut-free just use vanilla extract in place of the amount of almond extract.
*If you are corn free, ensure you get a corn free powdered sugar like the one we linked.
