  1. Add shredded coconut to the pan and fry over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

  2. Add sugar, mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Add cardamom powder, dry fruits, nutmeg (add some roasted sooji in filling if required), and mix well.

  4. Finally, add tutti fruity and wait till the time mixture becomes cool.

  5. Leave frozen paratha (or puff pastry sheets) at room temperature for 30 minutes.
