Chef's Notes

Tips & Serve with sour cream and green onions, if desired.
Use almond milk or heavy cream in place of cow’s milk, if desired. 
If you don’t want to fry bacon for this one, just throw in a bit more ham to make up for it. This one is pretty forgiving and can be adjusted quite easily!

I liked the recipe a lot. I think next time I would use less onions and more hot sauce. I used heavy cream rather than milk. Maybe more bacon too

All in all it was good and would make this again
