It was good. Not enough flavor so I added way more seasoning and a bit more cheese. I used fat free cheese and it still tasted good. Made a little more than the recipe called for. Enough for 6 meals!

We loved this recipe. I already had whole wheat penne, so I used that instead of multi-grain. I used 2oz more of mozzarella cheese instead of cream cheese. I put 23oz of spaghetti sauce so the leftovers would not be dry. I also added extra spices - cumin, oregano, parsley and used Rotel unsalted diced tomatoes w/chiles. Definitely a keeper.
