Peach Crisp

Ingredients

• Pinch of salt
• ½ cup sugar
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon lemon zest
• 4 tablespoons cold butter
• ½ teaspoon orange zest
• ⅓ cup flour
• 3–4 cups peaches, peeled and sliced (Note: If using frozen peaches, allow them to thaw and then drain. Add 1 tablespoon flour)
• ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
• ⅓ cup old-fashioned oats
