I was so excited to see a recipe for long beans, but this didn't work. The tofu paste stuck to the pan, so it was impossible to brown both sides; the first side stuck, and all the yummy golden bits peeled right off. Trying to flip the beans was futile because the filling fell out. I preheated the pan and I made sure the oil was hot before adding the food, so I'm not sure what could have been done differently to prevent the sticking. With the quantity of beans specified, there is no way to push them to the side of the pan, as the recipe describes, for making the sauce. The sauce is incredibly salty. I think this recipe is a neat idea, but it just doesn't work.
May I simply say what a comfort to find someone
that truly understands what they're talking about online.
You definitely realize how to bring an issue to light and make it
important. A lot more people must look at this and understand
this side of the story. I was surprised that you are not more popular
since you certainly possess the gift.
