This cake was relatively easy and has a great "wow" factor. Turned out nice and moist with a good lemon flavor. Keep in mind that the lemon curd recipe makes quite a bit more than you actually need for the cake. I drizzled some of the extra on top instead of making a separate glaze. Yum!
