One Pot Pizza Pasta

4 / 5 (1 reviews)

One Pot Pizza Pasta tastes like a pepperoni pizza but it's made in one pot! Ground beef, bell pepper, onion, pepperoni, small shell pasta simmer in a seasoned pizza sauce beef broth base. So cheesy and kid approved!

Chef's Notes

Serving Size : If you are feeding a family with smaller kids or just tweens, then you can for sure get 8 servings from this recipe. If you are serving all adult sized portions then probably plan on 6 servings.
Mini Pepperoni : You can also use 1 cup chopped pepperoni in place of the mini pepperoni.

We liked the recipe but added less cheese and I would still add even less cheese. We also needed at least a cup more water and only had two cups of noodles. So not sure how the ratios lined up. I think it needed at least a cup more water or sauce, and also only about a cup of cheese or 1/2 cup would be plenty, and 2 cups noodles. At least that's how it worked out well for us! It was a good base for a recipe though :)
