Love this recipe - an absolute family favourite now. Thank you. Could you say how much one serving weighs for your values? Thanks

I've made this a dozen times for my family. It's become a regular in the rotation.
Everyone loves it!

Hi Jack! This is the family favorite, it’s perfect, easy and so delicious. It’s making its way to our Sunday family dinner tonight….everything prepped and ready. I actually saved a bit of the sun dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese & added it to my focaccia bread to serve along and soak up any extra sauce. I usually serve this with my orzo. Thank you and keep making fabulous meals!!!

Probably the best meal I've made to date. Makes it to our table at least once every week. Now my fiancé calls me little Tuscan boy, a title I wear with honor. 11/10.

Omg!!!! Delicious! Fabulous with rice or I just cooked up some lovely pasta to make it a pasta meal with some added veggies as there is so much sauce. Outstanding recipe.

I have been trying to copy a pasta recipe with sauce like this and chicken from a local restaurant and as I tasted the sauce, I realized this is it

Hi Jack,

I have now done this three times and it is now my favourite chicken recipe. Doing again this Sunday for some of my family one of whom is 1/4 Italian!. You definitely need to get everything organised and near at hand before you start cooking.
I made too much sauce last time and have frozen it-I will try to use it when there is only my wife and I in case it doesn’t work out.

I don't usually take the time to make a recipe like this during the work week but I was motivated to give it a try. I did have a huge complaint from the family, though - I didn't make enough of it! I was hoping for leftovers but there was nothing but empty dishes at the end of the meal. I can't wait to try some of the other recipes that look equally as good.

Did you make this recipe?
