These mozzarella and tomato pizzas are quick and delicious and can be put together with very little effort but a lot of taste!

Finished Quick Ciabatta Pizzas

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the grill.

  2. Slice the ciabattas in half lengthways (and in half again if using one large one).

  3. Grill the outsides of the ciabattas on both sides until lightly toasted.

  4. Rub a clove of garlic on the inner surface of the ciabattas.

  5. Spread enough pesto onto each ciabatta to cover the surface.

NotesTo make these pizzas lower in fat just use low fat mozzarella which works really well.

Oh Camilla, I might just have to make your pizzas for lunch today. They look gorgeous. Annoyingly, I finished off the last of my pesto the other day. Basil has just gone onto the compost heap. I will have to improvise.
