Gingerbread Shortbread Cookie Sticks

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp whole milk
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp ground allspice
• 1/4 tsp coarse Kosher salt ((if using table salt, use half the amount))
• 3/4 cup cold unsalted butter, (cut into tablespoons)
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
• 1 tbsp light or dark molasses
• 1 tsp meringue powder
