  1. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet. Cook the sausage links over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and slice. Set aside.

  2. Slice the bell peppers and onion. Set aside.

  3. Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often. Next, add the sliced bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often. Finally, stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
