Preparing in Advance
Tzatziki sauce can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Storage Instructions
Store tzatziki sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days.
Note: Cucumber may release water over time, which can affect consistency.
Freezing Information
Freezing is not recommended as Greek yogurt may separate and cucumbers may release water when thawed, affecting texture. Best enjoyed fresh.
