This is awful. 3 cups of milk is way too much and turns the entire thing into a sloppy mess, despite leaving it on the burner for 20 minutes to boil it down and leaving it in the oven an extra half hour. The finished product is completely bland. There is no way the 5* rating is legit.

If only I could rate lower because this was the most, disgusting, vile sin against the culinary arts I have ever tasted in my life. Basically, it is hash, smothered in milk and egg. It's disgusting, under seasoned and looks like puke. I would rather suck on a dirty q tip as a lollipop than eat this sh*t again. Oh yeah, need to mention that the reason why it's smothered in cheese is because without it, it looks like this grey, mushy vomit. I don't know who this person bribed to get a 4.8 star but it should be much, much lower than that. Overall, terrible recipe, my family hates me for ever trying this recipe out and my brother had been getting horrible diarrhea after eating this slop. -2/10

Made this for a breakfast for dinner meal. I cut the recipe in half. Absolutely delicious

Huge hit at our house. Making it ahead for a second time. Eat with hot sauce for a mind blowing experience.
