I make these for snacks at work. It's much better (less sweet) than any granola bar. I only use 1/4 cup of the mini chocolate chips and use honey instead of nectar b/c that's what I have on hand. Thank you for this awesome recipe!
I doubled the cinnamon and used 1 Tbsp of honey instead and they were fantastic.
Yum! My friend made them with honey and brought them to a ladies brunch to share. I will make them with less chocolate chips, but very good. Great /healthy midday snack.
