Coconut Pecan Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 3/4 cup coconut milk
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 10 tablespoons butter (softened)
• 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
• 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut ((you can use unsweetened, but if so, add an additional 1/4 cup granulated sugar))
