  1. In a large mixing bowl combine self raising flour, baking powder, salt and caster sugar, mix well.

  2. To the bowl add the vanilla extract and dairy free milk and whisk well until fully combined and lump free. The batter will be thick.

Followed the recipe but doubled it for 12 pancakes instead to feed everyone.

Disappointingly every one stuck and were ruined, tried a couple of pans and oils, same result.
