  1. Pre heat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. To a small mixing bowl add your oats and baking powder. Mix well until combined.

  3. In a seperate bowl whisk together your peanut butter, coconut sugar and egg.

NotesFor an alternative to sultanas, you could also use dairy free chocolate chips or dried cranberries.
