Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly blend the sunflower seed butter and honey (or agave syrup) together in a large bowl.

  2. Add the rolled oats, coconut flakes, chopped apricot, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons of the poppy seeds and candy coated sunflower seeds. Mix together until the mix begins to resemble a sticky cookie dough.

  3. In a separate smaller bowl, mix together the hemp seeds and remaining poppy seeds. Set aside.

  4. Using a cookie scoop, form the mix 1-1.5" balls (about 2 tablespoons each).
