Came back to say I’ve been using this for my pizza dough when I’m in a pinch for time and it works great.

Very good! I'm always unsure about quick bread recipes, but this one worked exactly as intended. Way fluffier than I thought for something without any rising time. It was a bit dry, though; not sure if that was an issue with the recipe or with the chef. You could probably put more olive oil on top before baking to help with that. A word to the wise- let it sit for a few minutes before cutting it so it can finish baking internally! I forgot to do that because it looked so good and the edges were quite doughy. Luckily it still ended up finishing properly so it was just the edges, not all the way through.

This was so fluffy and delicious. I was not expecting it to be that fluffy with the no rise time. Thank you so much for a new staple I can add to my recipe box and regular cooking! You saved my dinner. I took 45 mins from start to finish because I was making spaghetti at the same time…and I tend to work slowly.

So I made this recipe and decided to fold it in half , cut it into strips with a pizza cutter, and twist them into bread twists . Super good . Also added a couple teaspoons of butter mixed with garlic salt to the inside and cooked an additional 5 min

Yum!! This is a great recipe. If you have the time, I would let it rise for a bit before baking. Try adding dry milk to the recipe too (pizza hut cheat). Cheese is the beeeeest! Also, how cute is your mom? Cheers!

It all looks so good. I'm going to try the soup and bread on my first camping trip. PS I also bought the immersion blender and I noticed that you are using the cutting board that I gave you.

Did you make this recipe?
