Ingredients

1 cup roasted salt almonds, chopped
12 ounces quality chocolate (white, milk or dark chocolate, I used dark)
2 pinches sea salt
if desired, use dried cranberries, chopped dried cherries, coconut, pumpkin seeds, any nut, banana chips....

Instructions

Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and set aside
Chop nuts, sprinkle down the center parchment paper reserving 1/3 for later
