  2. Dice the chicken, green onion, and jalapeno into small pieces.

  3. In a blender or using a hand-held immersion blender, blend the low-fat cottage cheese until smooth.

  4. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the chopped chicken, green onion, jalapeno, blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, and mix until combined.
