I used to make this pie quite often, but my husband has diabetes now, so it's completely out. It is so easy and delicious though. I'm going to make it and share it with my quilting group.

Delicious! Not too tart or sweet. Just a good creamy lemon pie. I topped it with fresh whipped cream. No complaints!
You might want to correct the recipe where it says crust instead of filling. This is the best recipe thank you!
