Instructions

  1. Brown the beef and onions over medium high heat until the beef is cooked through and the onions are translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and drain any excess fat if needed.

  2. Cut the bacon into 1/2 in pieces and add to skillet and cook over medium high heat until it becomes crispy, or to your preference. Drain the bacon grease from the skillet.

This was so easy and so yummy!!
I had some Boursin cheese I needed to use along with some cream cheese with chives, so I used that instead of the 8 oz of cream cheese. Usually tater tot casseroles are so bland (or the ones I have tried) but this one was a WINNER!!!

All but my picky eater loved this recipe. I would say that step three doesn't mention adding the sour cream, so I forgot to put it in. Still turned out great!
