Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan assisted, 200°C non fan)

  2. Unroll 320g ready rolled puff pastry and divide it into 8 equal rectangles

  3. Score a border 1cm from the edge of each square of pastry. Prick the pastry inside the border with a fork

  4. Divide 160g cranberry sauce between the 8 rectangles and spread out evenly within the border

Chef's Notes

Ready rolled puff pastry varies in weight. Supermarket own brand pastry is usually 375g whereas the well known brand Jus-Roll is 320g. Either will work for this recipe.
