Halloumi & Potato Cake with Fried Eggs

5 / 5 (5 reviews)

These halloumi and potato cakes are made from a mixture of shredded potato and onion with grated halloumi. They taste great served topped with a runny fried egg and a drizzle of chilli oil!

Yum!! It is breakfast time here in Australia and this is making me SO hungry. It looks so good. I love the eggs on top and this looks like the perfect breakfast. Halloumi, potato and onion = all good stuff in my opinion!!
