Instructions

  1. Allow the fish and prawns to defrost

  2. Heat the oil in a pan under medium heat.

  3. Cook the onions in the oil until soft and translucent.

  4. Pour in the garlic, chilli pepper and paprika, and stir continuously for 1 min.

  5. Add the fish, prawns and potatoes and stir for a few seconds to allow the spices to coat.
