  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the butter and cut in with a fork until well mixed.

  3. Create a well in the center and add the cream, banana, vanilla, and toffee bits. Gently mix until soft dough forms.

  4. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes to chill it.

  5. Place the dough on a non-stick baking sheet and pat into an 8-inch circle that is about 1 inch thick.
