Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add melted vegan butter and 25 Oreos to a food processor. Blend on high speed for 3-5 minutes, or until the Oreos have been completely crushed into crumbs.

  2. Press the oreo dough into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish until you have a smooth, even crust. Place in the fridge while you make the filling.

  3. Add peanut butter, room temperature/softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, maple syrup and sea salt in a large bowl. Using a stand mixer or a hand held mixer, beat on high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and fully combined.

Chef's Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. I recommend freezing the pie in slices for a quicker defrost.
