Who doesn't love a frozen chocolate treat?! With only 4 ingredients you can make these absolutely delicious pudding pops that are dairy free, gluten free and take just minutes to whip up!

  1. Place the almond milk, cocoa powder and honey in a bowl and whisk them together until they're fulling combined. Then add the chia seeds and whisk again until there are no seeds "floating" at the top.

Chef's Notes

*If using agave, make sure to taste the the pudding after adding each Tbsp until you reach your desired consistency. (Agave is much sweetener than maple syrup and honey.)
Vegan Option: Use maple syrup or agave in place of honey!
For easy removal: Place the popsicle molds under running warm water for 30 seconds. Then move the stick in a circular motion until the sides loosen from the mold.
