Want a version using a whole foods sweetener? Leave out the maple syrup and use 1/2 cup of pitted dates instead.
Try dipping your frozen cherry popsicles in some melted chocolate and top with some shredded coconut for a truly gourmet and decadent version!
Store any leftover popsicles in the freezer for up to several weeks.
If you are using fresh cherries instead of frozen cherries, you’ll need to freeze the popsicles a little longer, probably 6-8 hours, before serving.
