These Air Fryer chicken thighs are a great fast recipe that is perfect to serve for dinner. Add some of your favorite side dishes and you have a full meal. This is a simple recipe made with garlic and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  1. Trim off excess fat from the chicken thighs. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice on the chicken. Set aside

  2. Combine the onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning on the chicken thighs

  3. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400?/200? for 5 minutes with a cake barrel inside. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the cake barrel

  4. Cook for 5 minutes then turn the chicken thighs and cook the other side. In the meanwhile clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Mince the garlic

  5. Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside. Melt the butter in the cake pan and add the mushrooms and garlic

  6. Stir the mushrooms and close the Air Fryer for 2 to 3 minutes stir again and cook for another 2 minutes

  7. Finely chop the garlic. Add the garlic, and the finely chopped parsley to the Air Fryer cake barrel and sauté for about 1 minute
