I absolutely LOVE this recipe. The only problem that I have is it does not seem like enough pie dough for my 9 inch pie pan. The bottom of my pies (when making cream pies) is always way too thin. I would like to increase the recipe amount, but I am not sure by how much. Do you think if I increase it by 20% that would be sufficient? Thank you in advance for your help!
