Jess I love this recipe! I'm both quinoa and chili lover so it's perfect for me. Haha, you know I was thinking the same about chili.I especially crave it on cold grey days. don't have a slow cooker or instant pot (btw. had no idea there was a difference between the two:) but been thinking I need to get one.
