Instructions
Line a 9x13 baking dish (or similar size) with parchment paper or aluminum foil, extending pieces over sides for easy handling. If using foil, spray with cooking spray. Set dish aside.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add mini marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows have melted and mixture is smooth.
Remove saucepan from heat. Immediately add Lucky Charms to saucepan, then use a spatula to thoroughly toss and coat cereal.
Add colorful mini marshmallows to saucepan and stir until combined but not fully melted.
Pour Lucky Charms mixture into prepared baking dish. Use another piece of parchment paper to gently press mixture evenly into pan, ensuring it's compact without overly compressing, to create a uniform top. If desired, press a few fresh Lucky Charms into top for decoration (optional).
