Marinated overnight in the buttermilk & just one egg with some franks hot sauce. Worked really well for me, someone who doesn’t have a lot of experience frying chicken. The breading stayed on & was crispy! Thank you! Loved it & will definitely make again the next time my husband asks for fried chicken
Made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious! Followed recipe exactly except I left out the salt in the breading. I will definitely be making again!
Instead of saran wrap, I place chicken in a gallon freezer bag.
I get less juice mess
Is this okay for tenderizing the children breast?
We love this recipe but it comes out a little too salty for our taste. I either cut the salt in half or skip the salt in the breading mix. Other than that, delicious!
Absolutely delicious!! Best chicken I’ve ever made and my family loved it! I will definitely be making this again!
Made this tonight for my family and was told this was the best I have ever made. Will definitely make again!
This is so good! Chicken is moist and delicious. Great comfort food on a cold winter evening.
