• ice cold vodka - 2 tablespoons
• ice cold water - 1-2 tablespoons
• various heirloom tomatoes - 2-3 (depending on size)
• salt - 1-2 teaspoons
• hickory smoked bacon - 2-3 strips
• brown sugar - 1-2 tablespoons
• micro arugula - 1/4 cup
• fresh cracked black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
• olive oil - 1 teaspoon
