Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
• 1 large (8-12 oz loaf french bread)
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (or Italian cheese blend)
• 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack (colby, Cheddar or Mexican blend Cheese)
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or dry Italian seasoning)
