This loaded cauliflower recipe is definitely a keeper in our family. There are no leftovers ever as even our pickiest daughter declares it "the best!". Creamy, cheesy and yum! It's now a staple in all holiday meals too. Nine thumbs up from us!

I make this all the time, I add one breast of shredded chicken and make it a main course. Sometimes I use different cheeses to change up flavor a little! Pepper jack cheese is wonderful! Love this, even our non-keto family does too!
